介紹： Catalase is a hemoprotein containing four subunits which decomposes peroxide. To remove thymol from Product C128522, measure desired amount of mixed suspension, centrifuge to collect enzyme crystals, remove supernatant. Resuspend crystals in one-half initial volume of water, respin. Discard wash supernatant and dissolve crystals in buffer of choice.
